We are able to back up any data from other storage media onto Blu-Ray disc, we can accept:

USB pendrives
External hard disk drives
Internal hard disk drives - IDE (PATA) & SATA connections.
CD, CD-RW
DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW
Blu-Ray 25GB Discs
