How long does it take?
Each order is unique so the time it takes can vary. Typically orders are completed within two weeks but this can take longer with complex orders or at busy periods.
I need my order in a hurry, can you help?
Yes! Photo First Aid offers an express service, which is typically a week or less turnaround time, for a small additional charge.
I am unsure about what I want doing with my order...
By all means contact Photo First Aid and we can discuss what services will suit you best, this service is completely free.
I am worried about leaving my old photograph with a business...
That’s understandable, but be assured that Photo First Aid will take every care with your images. You also have the reassurance of knowing that when you leave your images with us they will not be sent away for restoration. Some companies offer these services but actually outsource the orders to third party companies - this won’t happen with Photo First Aid, you always know where your photograph is.
